Effects of Intranasal Corticotrophin Releasing Hormone on Cortical and Sub-Cortical Information Processing

Description

The objective of this study is to increase our understanding of the role of corticotrophin releasing factor in human behavior. We are especially interested in the effects of these hormones on attention.

You will receive a confidential evaluation to see if you qualify to enter the study. If you qualify, you will then receive a full behavioral assessment and a medical examination at no cost. In addition, you will be compensated for selected research procedures and may receive up to $305 over the time of the study. Parking in a secure garage is available at no extra cost.

Eligibility

  • Between the ages of 21 and 55.
  • Have no serious medical/psychiatric conditions.
  • Meet other eligibility requirements as outlined by the research protocol.

    Duration

    Up to 4 visits over a one to two month period.

    Compensation

    Up to $305 + transportation
